Role & Responsibilities

The Manager - Fund Operations and Coordination will be responsible for operationalizing and administering the Fund, including preparing and updating the Fund Operations Manual, calls for proposals, and resource mobilization plans.

  • Administer calls for proposals, due diligence processes, and project appraisals for Steering Committee decisions
  • Perform secretariat duties, including preparing agendas, minutes, and filing
  • Prepare work plans, including procurement and quarterly plans
  • Review project proposals for conformity with policy guidance, eligibility, and budget requirements
  • Support resource mobilization and analyze the donor landscape to recommend potential collaborations

Requirements

  • An advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, the Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years (with a master's) or 7 years (with a bachelor's) of relevant experience in resource mobilization, project/programme management, knowledge management, and coordination
  • Proven experience in fund management and operational oversight of projects or programmes
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Word, Excel) and web-based management systems, with advanced spreadsheet and database skills
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required
