The Oxfam Head of Risk & Assurance is a temporary, full-time vacancy that will support the Strategic Lead Integrity in strengthening enterprise risk management, assurance, and accountability across the Oxfam Confederation. The role will lead the coordination and evolution of Oxfam’s global risk reporting and risk governance processes. Oxfam works with activists and partners to fight poverty and injustice, and this role will play a critical part in upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Overview
The Integrity Team at Oxfam exists to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, safety, and accountability across the organisation, and the Head of Risk & Assurance will be a key part of this team.
- Support the Strategic Lead Integrity in strengthening enterprise risk management, assurance, and accountability
- Lead the coordination and evolution of Oxfam’s global risk reporting and risk governance processes
- Promote a coherent, values-led approach to risk management across affiliates, regions, and functions
