• Responsibility for recruiting new monthly donors and donors of sporadic gifts through prioritized referral channels

• Developing and managing fundraising activities for the disaster fund
• Budget, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis of new recruitment to ensure sustainable and cost-effective growth
