Eligibility

- Be working with the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Protection in Namibia
- Hold a bachelor's level academic qualification from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Not already hold a master's level qualification or higher
- Meet the English language proficiency requirements for chosen programmes
- Have identified and selected three relevant programmes from the Directory of Eligible Programmes
