The Finance and Administration Officer will support the Ukraine Ministry of Veterans Affairs Institutional Strengthening project, a 3-year initiative implemented in partnership with Ukraine's Ministry of Veterans Affairs. Alinea International manages the project, which aims to strengthen the ministry's capacity. The role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and requires fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Overview
The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the project team.
- Full-time position from July 2026 to June 2029
- Location: Ukraine, Kyiv (on-site)
- Reporting to: Field Manager, with technical oversight from Canadian Project Controller and Project Coordinator
- Remuneration: Fees are subject to negotiation in line with market rates
- Citizenship: Ukrainian (preferred)
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Ukrainian and English required
