The DFAT Equity Hub is a newly established support unit within Australia's international development program, providing GEDSI advice, learning, accessibility services, and enabling support. Alinea International is seeking a Program Officer to join the Equity Hub team for the duration of the program, from 2026 to 2031. The role is available in either Canberra or Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Overview

The DFAT Equity Hub is a six-year program launching in 2026, with the goal of providing gender equality, disability equity, and social inclusion (GEDSI) advice, learning, accessibility services, and enabling support across DFAT and its partners.

  • Location: Ngunnawal (Canberra) or Naarm (Melbourne)
  • Working arrangement: Hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and office
  • Remuneration: AUD $75,000 – $80,000 + superannuation
